Our Kids Jiu Jitsu programs located here in Clifton, NJ are world-class. With instruction from accomplished Jiu Jitsu competitors, they’re high energy, with the highest level of techniques and skill.

In our Kids Class, we aspire to build strong minded, respectful kids. We use Jiu Jitsu as a tool to help our children build confidence, learn to be social and respect others, and most importantly, how to properly overcome adversity. 

Building strong, kind, happy kids takes a village and patience. We have BJJ classes for kids in Clifton every week on Sunday through Thursday!

Kids of all level and teams are welcome – no Jiu Jitsu politics!
